1. Create A Sleep Schedule

Try going to bed at the same time each night and waking up at the same time each morning, even on weekends. This will help your body adjust to your new sleep pattern and get used to falling asleep and waking up during the same time each day.

2. Cut Out Caffeine

Consuming caffeine late in the day can result in disrupted sleep and make it harder for you to fall asleep or stay asleep through the night. Try drinking decaffeinated beverages like tea, coffee, smoothies or water after mid-afternoon to ensure caffeine doesn’t interfere with your sleep.
