1. Unplug

5. Journal

Writing out your thoughts and emotions can be a great way to express yourself. Sometimes, you don’t always have the time to sit down and talk about your feelings, so writing them out in a journal is sometimes the best way. It’s a nice tool to help clear your head, eliminate the stresses in your life, and give you the time to think about what’s important to you. Think about what events from that day might have stressed you, then think of how you could have handled them differently. Try writing it all down and seeing how that works for you.
